NC Lyme Disease Foundation Medical Grant

We are pleased to announce that the NC Lyme Disease Foundation has been awarded a $2,500 grant from the RTI Foundation earlier this year to help low income, Triangle residents with their doctor visits and medications prescribed by a physician treat Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses. This is the third year that we have been awarded a grant from the RTI Foundation. The NC Lyme Disease Foundation plans to award up to five (5) grants to members for $650 each by adding funds that members have generously donated over the past year to the donation of the RTI Foundation. We have attached a document which describes the policy that the Board of the NC Lyme Disease Foundation has adopted to guide the grant process. If you are interested in receiving one of these grants, please read the guidelines on our website and let us know by email of your interest on or before August 15, 2019.
